Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Eartha. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
After receiving your Eartha and inspecting its condition under the terms of our return policy, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
