Returns and exchanges
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees after seven (7) days of the purchase date.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the shipment has been dispatched. If a shipment has already been dispatched, please wait for it to be delivered and then alert us. If you would to be issured a refund, please refer to our refund policy.
