All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Clients are responsible for shipping fees after seven (7) days of the purchase date.

Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an Eartha was lost or stolen, it is our client's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen shipments that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Eartha timepieces are crafted using generations of expertise. Your Eartha timepiece is a dynamic, functioning entity that operates round the clock, demanding peak performance. Regular servicing every 3-5 years is essential to maintain its optimal condition. To extend the longevity of your timepiece, please consider the following guidelines:
- Usage and Care: Each wearer's usage pattern affects the timepiece differently. Minimize exposure to magnets, telephones, and security scanners to prevent magnetization. Protect your timepiece from sudden impacts, as these can significantly impact its functionality. Avoid wearing it during physically demanding activities or sports like weightlifting, golf, or swimming.
- Water Resistance: While your timepiece may be water-resistant, avoid extended submersion or using the crown underwater, as it can compromise performance. Refrain from water exposure if your watch has a leather or canvas strap. Verify the water resistance level indicated on the back of your timepiece and annually ensure its integrity.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently polish your timepiece. Leather straps age naturally and shouldn't be cleaned; their lifespan depends on exposure to moisture and wear frequency. Rubber straps can be cleaned with mild soapy water, while steel straps may require a soft brush and soapy water to remove debris between links.
- Storage: Preserve your watch by storing it in the provided box or in a cool, dry place away from dust, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
